If you are not able to log in, the following failures are possible. 1. Always enter your voucher code in capitals and the security code in small characters and numbers. 2. Voucher number is entered incorrectly. Please pay close attention that you’ve entered the right voucher code. The voucher code is printed in the white field on the front side of the voucher. The voucher code is a combination of characters and numbers and it always starts with a number. Note that the characters are case sensitive. Some characters may be difficult to distinguish, for instance a capital I (as in India) or a small i (as in Lima). It may also be difficult to tell the difference between a zero and a capital O. Please try different options if no match is found. 3. You have entered an invalid voucher number. Because you have already placed an order using your voucher code, you are unable to log in to this website. Please call us at 010-2136666 for more help. The service line is available on weekdays from 8.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. 4. Your voucher has expired If you received your voucher before November 2007, your voucher has expired and lost its validity. Check the frequently asked questions. Here you'll find the steps how to change your voucher to one with unlimited validity. 5. Firewall Check the security on your computer. It may prevent you from logging in. The easiest way is to try it at another computer. You can also try to disable the firewall. Sometimes this is not possible, because this is part of an antivirus package or the company network. If you are in a company network, you can ask your system administrator for help.
